Are the saris made of genuine silk?
Yes, we specialize in authentic, high-quality silk. Most of our premium products come with the Silk Mark of India to guarantee the purity and quality of the fabric.
Do you provide blouse stitching and fall/pico services?
We offer customized blouse stitching and fall/pico services for an additional fee. Please select the 'Custom Stitching' option on the product page or contact our support team after placing your order.
How long does shipping take for domestic and international orders?
Domestic orders within India typically arrive in 5-7 business days. For international shipping, please allow 10-15 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that customized products, such as saris with stitched blouses or fall/pico applied, are not eligible for returns.
How should I care for my silk saris?
To maintain the longevity and luster of your silk, we strictly recommend dry cleaning only. Store your saris in a cool, dry place wrapped in a muslin cloth to prevent any damage to the zari or fabric.
